And, if the legal rep suggests a private chat ..... SAY NO THANKS4 -
As others have said, crib sheet is key. In my own prep, I had the bundle with post it notes on relevant parts for quick reference, all to stop potentially being flustered. This probably helps also, as the reps sent often are struggling to find parts, due to not seeing the case until late. It'll help project confidence in what you are saying.
Make sure you're there in plenty time. Grab a coffee, and re-read the bundle some more. We look forward to hearing of your success!

Thank you, all! I'm pretty nervous. Didn't expect it to even get to court based on what I'd read from elsewhere on the boards, so I'm pretty gutted at the whole situation already. Much of the legal jargon just confuses me. But I'm trying to focus on the bottom line - that the PCNs weren't POFA compliant, and they can't prove I was the driver. Hopefully that will be enough.

Just three or four people sitting round a table having a discussion.3 -
No, I hadn't seen that. Thank you. Looks the same as when I had to go to the family court for finances. Still very intimidating! I'm just very grateful for all your advice!1

As long as you weren't the driver, then that's your main point. Not your only point - but a main point.
But if you were driving...absolutely DON'T lie.
I haven't read back to find out either way!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My point has always been that I don't remember. It was so long ago that I don't recall. I was with someone at the time and he used to drive my car all the time as he didn't have one. Sometimes (well, most of the time) if we were out together, then he would drive. But if I was on my own, then obviously I would've been the driver. But I just don't know.1
