Hey folks. Please find the photos attached that some of you requested to see. I hope it helps and the Defendant is able to use your advice from what you see.

Who is the Claimant on your County Court Claim Form?
@Umkomaas pointed out earlier that often a claim is made by Minster Baywatch but any contract was between the motorist and Bransby Wilson.
Those signs you have shown us uphold that hypothesis.
Out of interest, why did you blank out the four digit site code?
It can easily seen on GoogleStreetView.2 -

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The small print on that sign is horrendous and likely to be termed unfair by a judge under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, read this and complain to your MP.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
It was in an effort to not give away the location, but have spotted a flaw in that the signage states the location.KeithP said:

From everything I've read it is constantly pointed out not to give specifics to a case. I would have thought that information would fall under that bracket.
I apologies if I'm taking actions that aren't required. As you are all aware, not everyone that comes to this forum for help and information is as well informed as you all, myself included.0 -
I thought it was clear from the included quote in my post. MB is not BW, BW is not MB. The landowner contract with one (BW) cannot be enforced by a stranger (MB) to that contract. Milk it!raptor182 said:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front.
