Sky being difficult

I know. I really wanted to cancel the contract, but they're too scared and don't know how to play the game. I'd rather not stress them out too much in all honesty. As long as they are happy. 

When it came to renewal for my own place, I cancelled and then retentions offered me Sky Signature, Sky Superfast BB, and Sky Mobile 2 GB SIM for £36.00 back in May 2020 - although this was a Sky HD box (not Sky Q). I was happy with that, as it was less than I was paying before.
