Those are stock images held on a computer, not images of real signs.
You should rebut the signage point saying that, and that they have failed to show images of the signs actually at the site or proved that they or PDT machines can be seen, or signs pointing to PDT machines can be seen from where the car was parked. Select whichever point(s) best support your case.

If any point you have made in your appeal has not been addressed by the PPC, then you state this, and say that since they have not denied your specific point(s) then they must be accepted by the IAS assessor.

So, I have downloaded few images from google maps to explain the situation better:

    1. This is where my car was parked (indicated with black circle)

    2. These are the sign boards which are encircled in red on the above image:

This particular image is the one I came across whilst walking through the road to get out of the car park towards the building. It might not be very clear but exactly repeats the same text as of the image on top of it asking to pay via pay machine but 'not directing or indicating where the pay machine is' or gives an option to pay via JustPay app (which is what I did)

    3. This is the image showing that the pay machine (which is located infant of the building ~200m walk from the car park) accepts only cash payment and the sign over it clearly gives an option to pay by app or call for payment if you don't have cash! Also, I cannot see this is lit in anyway so customers who are coming out of the building can notice the sign and the machine!

Apart from the points Fruitcake has made, do I upload these images with explanation as well or just blame CPM for providing inadequate evidence??? Kindly advise

From what I can see from their generic signage uploads it's not just inadequate evidence, it's falsified evidence with the exception of one sign their uploads are nothing like the on site signs. Note the white Parking Conditions signage has Vista Centre on the real one but not on their upload example.
Some back office lackey has been tasked in digging out the site specific details and failed.

That signs seems quite high off the ground, and the print is small.  Can it be easily read?  If not, read this and complain to your MP

IAS is all about evidence, so if you can still upload evidence them do so.

But in my book that would NEVER include close up pics taken in daylight!

The images are from google maps, I do not think I can drive back to take pictures myself! What do you suggest? Just claiming CPS has uploaded inadequate evidence??

State that stock images of signs held on a computer have been provided that are not of signs at the site in question.
State that images of signs actually on site have not been provided.
If you have images of signs actually at the site that support your case, or contradict images provided by the PPC, then say so.

No.  It is all about evidence.  Like I said:

    Google Streetview screenshots are evidence.

Morning guys. I really want to thank you all for your valuable advises so far. I have written back to the operators response via IAS but they keep on repeating the same thing. I am getting frustrated and this is causing me stress as in how long will this be going back and forth! Kindly check the screenshots of my response and their reply, and advise :-(
