PoPLA was never an option with an IPC AOS member.
You should still try an IAS appeal and include all the evidence you have available.0 -
At the bottom of every page on their website it says...Vista Centre is the trading name of Acre 1176 Limited registered in England and Wales with company number 09210514.Companies House has the names and contact details of the two directors.

IAS is asking me to respond to the CPM's evidence. Basically, they have argued that why did I not pay to extend the parking time using the on site machine! One it is a cash only machine (i did not have any cash on me, secondly I could not see any around the area I parked!
Kindly advise how to respond from here? or shall I just pay and settle it ?

Why would you pay? No-one recommends paying any IPC firm even when you inevitably lose at IAS.
There is no CCJ risk as long as you follow our advice throughout, and you don't have to pay, certainly not just because a PPC has managed to engage their crayon and brain cell and write a reply.
Anyway you started so you finish so what do you see in their evidence that you want to respond to? The lack of sign/machine in view so that you had no idea this was pay and display, or what? Are their signage pics out if date with nothing to show a sign near the car? Was it dark and unlit?
Do respond and re-state your position and whatever you spot that is missing from their evidence.
The IAS kangaroo court is only done for the laugh you know. As much chance of winning as winning the lottery.
You are playing a long game here, not paying.

Of course it is worth appealing, judges often expect it. From what you have tod us they are very unlikely to win a court claim, Have you complained to Trading Standards and your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

The signs were visible being honest but I could not see any machines in the car park! And it was dark and unlit. They have uploaded sign pictures but not from the site itself. They have uploaded pdf files of the signs. I am attaching a couple with this message.
In re: missing evidence I can say:
1. No adequate signs available at the car park (esp where I parked my car)
2. No machines in car park. Also, when I came out of the building it was very dark and unlit as can be seen on the anpr image posted by CPUK, so would not be surprised if I missed it.
3. UKCPM should have posted images from the site indicating where exactly the signages and the claimed machines are installed?
Kindly advise if there is anything else I can add?
Regards
UZB
