Hammerhead on my boundary

The deeds show the whole drive as shared apart from the designated space in front of our garages. My neighbour has used their front garden to park 3 cars by taking up grass and putting down gravel and have a 4 th space in front of our shared double garage. Problem is any visitor to my house has no option but to park on the hammerhead and then has no alternative but to reverse down the drive when leaving as no where to turn around

Hi,
Your deeds won't say that it is a shared space, they will say something more precise.
They might for example say that whilst the land is yours, that other people have a right of way over it. If that is the case then it is your responsibility to ensure that that part of your land is kept free from obstructions (e.g. parked cars). If you don't do that then it is likely that those with a right of way can take legal action against you to ensure that the land is kept clear.
Whether anyone takes it that far will depend on a whole load of factors such as how much it is inconveniencing people, how much those who have a right of way want to pursue legal action and so on - only you can judge whether it would be an issue in reality.0 -

And a plan would be more useful than a murky photo (would also help for your other thread too).0
