If the hammerhead is on my land within boundary does this entitle me to park on it within a shared drive set up?

Check your deeds and the neighbors, it's likely they have right of way and you are not allowed to block the drive.
Even if you are somehow legally allowed to do this its still pretty antisocial and likely to wind up the neighbors.1 -

I'd suspect not. If its a relatively modern property this may have been a planning permission requirement to avoid having vehicles reversing onto a highway. As above, what do your deeds say about it.

If that happens there's normally a change in surface or a line of bricks or blocks to indicate the boundary between the shared area and the parking spaces. But as others have said, the first place to check is in your deeds to see what rights and restrictions apply to the area(s).3
