I assumed it was autocorrect doing its worst till I started reading.MobileSaver said:Am I the only person here who doesn't know what a hammerhead is?!?!0 -
Hi,
That may not be enough.canaldumidi said:Land Registry Title! Land Registry Plan!
The title plan might just have a red boundary line and the title itself may simply note additional documents filed - that won't tell the OP anything about whether they are allowed to obstruct that part of their land by parking on it (if it is theirs).
The OP may also need the additional filed documents which you need to send away for by post
The OP should however have received a copy of those when they bought the house so if they've kept those records then digging them out will give the information necessary to answer the question.0 -
No but it is the very obvious starting point!doodling said:

Generally, on these threads, the OP has a particular answer that they want to hear. It is not entirely clear what that is in this case, but I’m assuming that that she wants to be allowed to park in this area. It would help if She said so.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

I thought it was some sort of coded threat following a disagreement, perhaps the mafia had decided to let horses be and use inanimate objects instead?!Murphybear said:

The hammerhead is on my land and parking on it does not impede my neighbour parking. My neighbour parks there also sometimes with my permission when they get visitors.I share the drive with 1 neighbour their house is at the entrance part of drive and mine is at the dead end part. The hammerhead is used for me to reverse in my parking space. They don’t use the hammerhead as they can reverse into their space by using the drive space in front of my parking space. This photo shows my neighbours cars with their visitor blocking the entrance. In total 5 cars

What do your deeds say about the hammerhead? Its unlikely to state the neighbour can park on it blocking your access. Read the deeds and have a conversation with the neighbour.

I’m struggling to understand the photo. But if your neighbours have visitors, how many cars belong to the visitors? Is it just a one off i.e birthday or do they regularly have several visitors?maria_lucia said:The hammerhead is on my land and parking on it does not impede my neighbour parking. My neighbour parks there also sometimes with my permission when they get visitors.I share the drive with 1 neighbour their house is at the entrance part of drive and mine is at the dead end part. Is the photo showing your neighbours property with their vehicles parked to left side and right side of house?0
