I have now emailed parking eye as you kindly suggested.

I have not received an acknowledgement, usually automatic, or any other correspondence from them.
    Do they usually acknowledge emails.

Thank you all for your response.

I have heard from parking eye confirming my payment. They will provide this information to the court. But pointed out that I am on the register of judgements .  If you pay within one month you can ask this to be removed.  Which I have done. I wrote to CBBC.

Today have finally heard back from CBBC. The email has said that I have not provided my case/claim number.  The number you have provided is not recognised.  We cannot locate claims without this.  We cannot do this using names and addresses.
The number I gave them is the Claim Nos. They gave an example of the format of the claim nos. which my claim nos. follows.  So I don't understand.  I put theses details as the subject heading.  They have told me to resubmit with the correct claim nos. and they will reply in 10-14 days.

What did the CCBC say when you rang them to ask them to look at the subject heading?

I have tried several times to ring CBBC and hung on for so long that gave up, thought better emailing.  So have not spoken to them regarding the above.
