I don't think you're correct, if the Judgment is paid by the due date (usually 1 month), it is expunged from records.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is 100% not true.  Your posts are misleading people.

I did get a Bank Ref. number, I paid on an automated system, direct to Parking Eye.  It gave me the bank ref. number.
I have tried three times to ring CCBC, hanging on for up to twenty minutes.  The money has left my bank.

Twenty minutes? If you got through to the CCBC in that time, you would merit an entry in the Guinness Book of Records.

You should email ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk. quoting the claim number and names of the parties in the Subject Line, as follows:

    Dear Sirs,

The Judgment in the above case has now been paid in full, see attached proof of payment.

Kindly ensure that the entry is removed from the Register of Judgments.

    Yours faithfully,

    Defendant
    Thank you bargpole.
I have done this today.  I have nothing to attach only been given a bank ref. after making automated payment to parkingeye.
I will try to find an email address for parkingeye and do a similar letter.

    Thank you D P Dance.

Interesting reading, looks like they are still trying to scam us albeit in a different way.  Using CCBC is a very clever idea, used for mass CCJ judgements !!  Really affecting many peoples lives.  Thats why I was so worried when I read into it further.  How seriously it could affect your life.  And it seems very difficult to get the CCJ removed.
Sadly I could have stopped mine, by contacting the hotel sooner.  I did eventually contact them and they were happy to take the charge off. But first they had to contact parkingeye.  Which all took too long.

Thank you all for your time and replies, it is very helpful to me.

Put the claim number and PCN number (both) in the subject line
