Private Parking Solution - ticket despite having permit

Yes, I was going to say the same. Really important typo to put right.
Don't bother with 'no landowner authority' as IAS won't consider it.
You are also better appealing as driver in this case (if you were) and dropping the final point about not being the individual liable. IAS won't consider that and I assume it was a POFA NTK anyway, so you may as well be up front and appeal as driver.
Cut it right down as you can't copy & paste it into the IAS box. Do not use any template wording. Write an IAS appeal yourself in your own words, with evidence uploaded.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, if I misread it but I am submitting a POPLA appeal no IAS (which according to newbies thread it’s not recommended).Coupon-mad said:Yes, I was going to say the same. Really important typo to put right.

also, if I attach a copy of the appeal rejection letter from PPS to POPLA as evidence of breach of GDPR , does it mean I mean breaching GDPR too by forwarding it?Thanks0 -
But you said this is PPS LTD. They aren't in the BPA AOS.Did you tell us the wrong PPC? Is it PPS (London) Ltd, a completely different firm who are in the BPA AOS?
And is the NTK non-POFA?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, sorry it’s PPS (London) Ltd
I have posted the NTK on page three. It doesn’t mention anything about POFA.I read on the newbies section and it seems to be for parking eye unless I am mistaken0 -
Do you know what the initials POFA stand for?stor said:I have posted the NTK on page three. It doesn’t mention anything about POFA.
This bit of that Reminder Notice that you have shown us, it's not the Notice to Keeper, is all about POFA...
Yes, you are mistaken. The NEWBIES thread covers all parking companies, not just ParkingEye.stor said:I read on the newbies section and it seems to be for parking eye unless I am mistaken3 -
Thank you, I meant i was under the impression that POFA was for ParkingEye only. I was wrong.I read this website (posted by Umkomaas) to check if it’s non-POFA but it seems like it’s not. They sent the Reminder Notice after 28 days but within 56 days.0

It's not important when they sent the Reminder Notice.
When exactly did they send a Notice to Keeper?2 -
That’s the only notice they have sent to inform the registered keeper (my friend - (registered keeper)). Other than the appeal rejection letter and the Reminder notice (posted on page 3), they have not sent anything stating Notice to Keeper.KeithP said:It's not important when they sent the Reminder Notice.
When exactly did they send a Notice to Keeper?Does reminder notice not serve the purpose of Notice to keeper?0 -
I've just re-read the thread.
I can't see that you have mentioned it, but was a windscreen ticket affixed to the car at the time of the parking event?3
