Is your current thread about a parking place where you live? If so, what does you lease/AST say about parking? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

(Highlighting is mine)stor said:Thank you, I am trying to find the contact details of the land owner (agent hasn't got it). Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to complain to my MP but will do that even if it gets cancelled.
An agent connected with property doesn't have the contact details for the landowner? I smell male cow poo.
I'd be inclined to advise the agent that there is a possibility that this could go to court, so they need to provide either:- The landowner's details
- The name, contact details and dates of non-availability for someone from the agent's office who will be able to attend court as a witness

I completely agree with you, and I just feel like they just don't want to deal with the request. I will get my relative to request it since the contract is in their name. Hopefully that works. Still no reply to the initially update. I will keep you guys posted!MothballsWallet said:

There is no reason why a letting agent should know this..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

As an ECO in Lagos I had to deal with the Home Office every day. They are overworked, underpaid, and not the pick of the crop. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Hello,
A quick update, unfortunately Private parking solution (London) has rejected the appeal with the generic response.“The charge was issued because your vehicle was left parked in an enforcement zone with no valid permit on display, which is a direct contravention of the advertised on the signage terms and conditions of parking. The signage, placed prominently, is sufficient to inform drivers that they are entering private land and need to be aware of terms and conditions once they are within the car park itself. It also made clear that failure to comply with the terms offered, regardless of the reason, would result in the issue of a £100 PCN….”They ignored the bit about the valid permit despite attaching evidence of it.Furthermore, although they got my name right in the response email but the letter attached explaining the reason for rejection had someone else’s full name (The PCN number on the letter was correct). Is it worth mention this on POPLA appeal? The POPLA code is on the letter too. They still haven’t sent NTK, which I will mention in my POPLA appeal.Thank you for your help!0 -
No rushing the POPLA appeal then, if no NTK has been sent, you know you only need to get as close to day 56 as you can.
POPLA Codes last till day 33 from rejection.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
