smart display

can anyone help
ive had my smart meter about 3 yrs, the smart display in the house that shows the amount i`m using etc is the pipit500 which was fitted by either PE or eon
ive since moved suppliers since then but its not showing the correct SC and my correct tariff price so my display bill is well out
i`m now with SP and they are taking actual readings it says on my bill so no readings from myself required

can SP update the display and will i have to ask them to do it

tia all

yes you need to ask your supplier, ie SP, to update it. Note however that its for your information only, it's not actually used for billing.

This is essentially the same as @Ohfiddles question:
can SP update the display and will i have to ask them to do it
Can they? Yes, I'm almost certain that they are technically able to do so.
    Will they? Apparently not.

Scottish power will not update my meter I've been trying for days . You'll probably find if you click some buttons on your actual meter it's that's that is wrong . Your IHD reads the info off the meter

yeah ive just seen your posting, sorry ive duplicated it
and in the same boat as you, also not bothered its giving out the wrong bill as i can work it out from the meter, but what about folks that cant work it out and wanting to keep an eye on there bill
its wrong SP should update the ihd soon as the tariff changes

btw it was first utility that installed mine, now what happened to them, thats going back a few years

How long have your both been with Scottish Power? I'm wondering if this may get sorted automatically in time of if you'll be stuck with the wrong values. I'm partly curious as I'm switching to SP myself at the moment, although I never really pay attention to the costs displayed.
