Yes, that's your MCOL Claim History.

MCOL, and the County Court Business Centre, play no further part once a Claim is transferred to a hearing court.
Therefore your MCOL Claim History has no further use/relevance.

Yes, but you must do a WS and file and serve your evidence.  As the NEWBIES thread clearly explains 'defence is not your only job!'.

You are late and in breach of your hearing order.

So, get reading and do it this weekend.  Are you saying the car was there but you weren't driving?  That's only a defence if the PCN was not compliant with the POFA 2012 because if it was, the PPC can hold the registered keeper liable.

This is all explained in the NEWBIES thread.

    Which parking company?

Very recent WS examples from this week are by @Rickybalboa and @Jerm9218

Have you looked at the Witness Statements of those two posters?

Read other Highview threads.  We have hundreds.  Read half a dozen that are about Highview court claims and you will see a pattern.

You must get your WS and evidence in.  Better late than never.

Highview have never complied with paragrsph 9 of Schedule 4 the POFA2012.  They can't hold you liable as registered keeper because they've always chosen not to use the applicable law, but only if you read up and can explain it to the Judge, who (like you) may never have read Schedule 4.

The law is easy to Google but I also link it in the NEWBIES thread we need you to read first.

There evidence said they are not relying on POFA 2012 they are going after the driver not the keeper, they are taking me to court i have proof i was not driving that day because my employer has me in a diary on that date working all day and full weeks wages i have told them i was not driving and don't know who was driving the keeper and driver are two different people .keeper liability
POFA 2012 they don't know the driver they have to go after the keeper is this right i have court date 12/05/22
