Add a line right near the top of your defence (maybe as an addition to point 2) that the Claimant has been told to cancel the parking charge which is now showing as 'cancelled in full' so the Defendant expects to receive a notice of discontinuance.
When you get that confirmed, please tell us the good news not just here but also (to help others) please post about this result in Successful Complaints!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey, I have added in that it has been cancelled in full, I am just about to submit the defence with this added. I am confused as to whether I submit to MCOL website service for my defence or CCBCAQ email or both? And what is the difference? I have looked through the forum but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for, thanksCoupon-mad said:Add a line right near the top of your defence (maybe as an addition to point 2) that the Claimant has been told to cancel the parking charge which is now showing as 'cancelled in full' so the Defendant expects to receive a notice of discontinuance.

You do NOT put any form of defence on the MCOL site, not even a full stop and the reason is that it will destroy your formatting and has only space for 120 lines. This advice is in the NEWBIE sticky. Use the e-mail address.1

Surely @Coupon-mad's post of 12 July at 8:43PM on your thread answered that where it says...Mfit said:

Leave that alone! Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'. Defence and the subsequent N180 form (see NEWBIES thread) is done by email.
