Was there a reason for the extra time taken.  Disabled person? Longer than usual queues?

No, didn’t realise there was a time limit. On the letter, it doesn’t appear I have done anything wrong and it said I was in excess of 0 minutes and 0 hours? It doesn’t seem to say 3 hour time limit was exceeded? could this be a loop hole? Any advice?

No that's not a loophole.  Nothing big.  It's what the signs say that sets the time limit but the agent who runs the retail park can always cancel these.

Yes, contact them, if by phone remember to send an e-mail follow up to confirm what was agreed on the phone - a phone call is worth the paper it is printed on.

I have now received a claim form letter, from county court business centre. I just don’t understand in their initial letter it said I hadn’t stayed over by any time, but were asking for £60, how is this allowed, it has now gone up to £300 and I’m not sure what to do, I don’t want anything to affect my credit score. But their initial letter was misleading. Any advice? Thanks

I’m not sure what to do,
The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, and the Template Defence Announcement provides all the information you need to defend the charge.
I don’t want anything to affect my credit score
It won't. That only happens if you lose in court and you fail to pay the judgment by the deadline set by the court. All of that is entirely in your own hands.

What is the Date of Issue shown in the top r/h corner of the claim form?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Give us the details about the costs from the particulars of claim on the N1 claim form, sounds like they have added "debt admin costs" which is not allowed plus court fees and hearing costs (which are).
