    I would certainly be looking to be out before the last day so I could do a thorough check and clean.

    Yes if I had additional time would definitely separate the move date and cleaning/check out. That’s what I did in my previous couple of moves as I had a good overlap between places.  But on this occasion have to move on the last day.

    Hello all. 
    So the EA agreed on scheduling the inventory/condition check to be done the morning after the move day. Phew 😅

    Thank you all again - you helped me so much!

    Now just need to get my deposit in full.  

    Hope they just get their keys and get off my back at the end of the month and stop being difficult at every opportunity.
