There is only one tiny car park for the hospital and no other place to park, there is also only machines to pay on one floor, so I had to drive up two floors to pay and drive back down again. Thankfully at that time in the morning it was empty and so I parked in a disabled space to pay so I didn’t have to take DD out the car again to pay and put her back again. It really isn’t fit for purpose and if you have to go during the day, you often have to turn up an hour in advance for the pleasure of driving round the car park for that time waiting for a space.beanielou said:

Shocking to read you have to pay for parking at A & E.
They tell you to use public transport or park somewhere else 20+ mins walk away. That really isn’t practical 99% of the time given that it’s a hospital..
