#3 for me today please @cathybird :) I was at work this morning, then spent the rest of the day in bed with a migraine. The silver lining was I had no opportunities for spending  :D
Dinglefoot, hope the migraine has got better xx

Another one today. I am not counting the car park fee I paid at 1am for the A&E visit I made with DD 🙄. She’s recovering at home now.

Nearly claimed NSD #6 but I forgot I bought a couple of train tickets for commuting in May, so not one today  :D
Georgiana, fuel/public transport for commuting is one of the unavoidable expenses that people doing the challenge often exclude - just a thought!

Glad that your dd is recovering.
Shocking to read you have to pay for parking at A & E.

There is only one tiny car park for the hospital and no other place to park, there is also only machines to pay on one floor, so I had to drive up two floors to pay and drive back down again. Thankfully at that time in the morning it was empty and so I parked in a disabled space to pay so I didn’t have to take DD out the car again to pay and put her back again. It really isn’t fit for purpose and if you have to go during the day, you often have to turn up an hour in advance for the pleasure of driving round the car park for that time waiting for a space.

They tell you to use public transport or park somewhere else 20+ mins walk away. That really isn’t practical 99% of the time given that it’s a hospital..
