Morning all xx
I'm up, my bed is made, windows upstairs have been opened and I've supped my first brew. And I got weighed 🥴 ....thought I should bite the bullet after not weighing last Saturday. 2 lbs on - less than I expected after all the 'comfort' food I've inhaled over the last two weeks. But enough is enough. Will try harder.
3 days off, 4 days at work, then 10 days off. Not that I'm counting or anything 🤣 All Annual Leave has to be used by 31st March. It will be. 😁
Round 1
Brew 2 and breakfast
Get dressed
Slosh bleach down the loo
Bring down laundry hamper
Sort washing into loads
Set first load swishing
Feed the birds
Put out the rubbish and recycling
WUDUPA
That'll be the basics done.
Have a peaceful weekend my lovelies
Rxx

Morning all
Usual morning rounds completed with poultry, dog and children!
I’ve had a slice of HM cake and a cuppa in the sun, and two loads are fluttering on the line. The fire was still glowing when we got up 😊😊so that’s been stoked and is smouldering away nicely.
Not feeling too cracking, tight chest and worn out, so an easy day for us. Dinner already in SC so I’ll just need to do spuds and veg to go with it.
Love to you all xx

Oh and I put the few remaining cans of pop in the fridge, tore up the box and put it in the recycling bin. Consciously channelling my inner flylady there - don't put it, put it away 😁
I feel better for doing something.

Hello,
I’ve been here, honest. I’m not sure that I’ve flown very much though 😳.
This morning was spent on a long (well, 6 miles anyway) walk, having braved the scales this morning and not liked the answer. Again. Tomato seeds sown and stashed in the airing cupboard to give them a helping hand.
Now I have the week’s ironing pile staring at me, so I need to make that disappear. I also have a green bin to fill before Tuesday, as it is currently empty. DD’s passport application also needs sorting out. That’s enough to keep me busy this afternoon, if only I had the guag to make a start…
Love to all xx10 -
Things are still really bad in here..
Dot is lost in the abyss of ADHD craziness, I have stress everything.. eczema, headache, chest pain.. everything.. I can't sleep because I hurt, 1 with mental health stuff, Squeak being herself, home educating, the eather, school runs, pack ups, the mess and the goddam tap.... seriously.. I am done in. I am so tired, so incredibly tired..
Dance done, swimming done. now I am having some kind of breakdown over the mess and noise and everything..

Is there anything any of us can do to help Pigpen? It must seem relentless sometimes. I do wish I lived closer so that I could come and do something practical to help while you're feeling this grim. I know you don't want one, but have a (((hug))) anyway.Had a bit of a tingley sore throat on Thursday night which didn't improve yesterday, a bit of coughing going on, did a test, negative, but I'm steering clear of the lodger and his g/f just in case. I'd trust a positive but I'm not so sure that early tests pick up the virus quite as well until the viral load increases. Either way I'm staying out of their way.Much housework done this morning and arvo because the house needed it. I've fixed Belovéd's favourite vacuum cleaner - I'd lick it clean if it needed it so that he would use it, so fixing it was more than worthwhile. It's now working beautifully again and he's been all over the place with it - hurrah! I swept and washed the kitchen floor and packed up and arranged two lke@ items after some correspondence with the store. I'm impressed with how their 'Team Leader' has dealt with the matter.Lots of gibble shifted up to the attic, the post-Chrismas muddle up there has been straightened and stuff bought down to be used. It was so sunny this morning that we opened up the three doors at the back of the house and let the place breathe properly for the first time in months because it really needed a blast of warm air therough. It all looks and feels a lot better.Laundry shuffled after putting three loads out on the sundeck yesterday. Some's dry but 24 hours after the heaver stuff went out there it's not quite ready to come in. Maybe tonight.Better is good enough.10

HB.. thank you.. I have no idea.. I think the only person who can help is OH but he seems to prefer sniffing litter trays to talking to me.
I have decided if my chairdrobe and the pile of gubbins swap places I will be able to put away my clothes and access my drawers.. so I have made a start on that .. I have 3 empty drawers so far which will fit a fair bit in. I have 2 binbags for CS/Vinted.. I just bagged stuff I will no longer wear so will sort as I list. This SHOULD make a difference.
Chicken chucked in the oven.. It was a YS roast in the bag easy thing.. and I will fling new potatoes in and some veg.. OH can deal with the girls I just don't have the energy.2x WM.. swimming stuff and towels in one side.Heated airer loaded up and non-heated airer broke last night.. I have fat cats!!!!!

Pixie did really well in the more advanced swimming group.. I had to hold her while she put her feet n the floor, she was convinced it would be over her head.. the pool is 1.2m at the deep and and she is 147cm tall.. so she was of course absolutely fine!

Piggers I don’t know how you keep going.
My eyes are closing as I’m typing this - I too am very, very tired. I’m just cooking the roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and veg to accompany our pheasant dinner. We have no sweet treats for afters as the HM cake was almost too much of a hit and it’s all gone!
I’ve got the fruit soaking for a tea loaf so I’ll get that cooking first job tomorrow. Dinner, couple of wines, Downton then bed for me xx
