I realised the photos were yours and they do support your case. If they have any more photos or videos of the person they allege broke their hidden terms you could send the DPO a SAR to obtain all the data they have. As well as inadequate signage their sign does not specifically allow a £60 additional charge and this is considered double recovery by many judges who reject such claims in part or in whole. The new Code of Practice also makes it clear such charges are unfair and not allowed.1
