Funeral plans

I received a letter from my funeral plan company Dignity this week. They are moving along with the application process and anticipate no problems. My plan was purchased 11 years ago, paid in full at the time. I have found Dignity to be good communicators of the process but will be pleased when the changes are all sorted and things are more secure.

Thank you for your updates Jonty6262, much appreciated.

Quite a relief to see they are intending to authorise the provider of the funeral plans I have for myself and my husband. It's been such a worry.

Second the thanks for the updates Jonty6262. My company is also being authorised.

Received a full refund for a paid up plan this week, now to look at some alternatives but I won't purchase until at least 29 July when the new rules kick in with the FCA.

Good for you Jonty6262. I've heard not a peep from Safe Hands since the initial letter. Unable to contact the company.
