If you've paid on a credit card (or even a debit card now too I think), should a section 75 charge back be pretty much a slam dunk?

You haven't had the benefit of the product or service you were promised - simple, no?

Anyone else waiting for the July date in which all companies will be monitored before purchasing a plan? 

Funeral plans are NOT currently regulated – but they will be from 29 July 2022

There are lots of regional co-op plans, I suspect most of those those will transfer to a national co-op plan.
