You may have to supply a bit more information.
In the meantime, there's some info which might help to put your mind at ease in the following link -

There has just been a discussion on this on BBC Breakfast. First thing to check is would be current status of your plan company and have they transferred into the new scheme.0

From 29 July 2022, any funeral plan provider that isn’t authorised by us will be committing a criminal offence
If you need to get in touch with your provider, here are some questions you might want to ask:
- What are my options? Can you send these to me in writing?
- Are you applying for FCA authorisation? What does this mean for me?
- When can I expect to hear more from you?
- Will you still be able to deliver on my funeral plan?

There has recently been another question about a company called Safe Hands, who initially applied for registration but then withdrew their application.
A firm not registered will not be able to practice and it is causing a great deal of confusion for people who have taken out funeral plans and paid a good deal of money as there does not seem to be any protection for money paid.
Look up 'prepaid funeral plans with safe hands' on this site

I’m getting worried about our funeral plan. We paid over £3000 last summer to our local east Kent Co op for two simple cremations. We hope our plan is safe, but the Co op plan is in association with Memoria. We assumed it was a Co op plan. They are both FCA regulated apparently, but we are quite worried now.0

Just checked my plan it’s not FCA it’s the Funeral planning Authority. So possibly not safe!0

Firms which have not applied for authorisation
The following firms have not submitted an application for authorisation. They might not be authorised by 29 July 2022 and will need to stop selling and carrying out funeral plans in the UK by that date.
If you currently have a plan with one of these firms, get in touch with them now to find out what's happening with your plan.
If you are considering buying a new funeral plan, we advise you not to buy one from these firms until they have confirmed their plans for seeking authorisation.
- Fox Milton and Co LTD
- Iberian Funeral Plans
- Not For Profit Funeral Plans
- PS Cremations Funeral Planning Limited
- Sovereign Lifecare
- The Independent Funeral Partnership

I have just this morning received an administrators letter dated 23/03 re my Safe Hands funeral plan . I am fully paid up but the company is now insolvent and in the hands of the administrators . I am not in the least bit confident that any dividends will be forthcoming and even if there is , there will be little return to invest in a new plan . My whole point of taking the plan out is to ensure that it be was one less thing for my children to worry about when the time comes

I have just received the same letter TraceyNana, I paid my plan in full on 11th Feb and Safe Hands Funeral Plan withdrew their FSA application on 15th, then went into administration on 23 March, They must have know when taking my money they were in financial difficulty but still took over£3k from me.. I have very little hope we will get money back
