Need advise - requisition at land registry

So at the end of December i re-mortgaged and at the same time i added my husband onto the land registry (or so i thought)
Our circumstances have now changed and we are selling the house and buying a new property. Our new solicitor informed me two weeks ago that there was an outstanding application on the land registry and they couldn't proceed until it had been processed. We issued a request to expedite which was accepted. On the 14th of Feb the LR contacted the solicitors as some forms had been done incorrectly and they have not responded. I've literally tried everything to make them act - rang, emailed, tried to complain - i just can't get through to the 'post completion' team. I'm really worried i'm going to loose my cash buyer (and my dream house).
Can anyone please help? What can i do?
Can i cancel the application with the land registry so its just myself on it? Or instruct a new solicitor?

Speak to the solicitor who did your case, or go direct to a partner of the firm.0

@penners324 I've tried - they won't respond to emails, nor answer the phone to me. Everytime I ring I get 'not available do you want to leave them a message?'
I've also tried to contact the partner - the receptionist gave me her email. She won't respond either0 -

Was the solicitor who did this the one you are chasig, or are you chasing the new (sale) solicitor?Where are the incorrect forms now? With the LR? Returned to the original solicitor? New solicitor? You?1

@canaldumidi
Yep remortgaged in joint names. I'm chasing the solicitor who did this for us.
The incorrect forms are now with the solicitor who did the remortgage, they have also had a query about stamp duty which they have not replied to. I have asked the LR if I can resolve these queries but apparently its got to be via the solicitor.0 -
Even if sorted, you may have an issue with the buyers as most lenders don't like sellers who have been registered less than six months previously.1

@user1977 Oh sorry i see what you mean now - the buyer is a cash buyer so hopefully won't be an issue (at least one thing not being an issue eh!)
So the partner got back to me and said 'we have a lot of files to attend to and we like to deal with them in date order. We will respond when we get to your file'
