Morning all!
Busy week and have been meaning to post but it just hasn't quite happened! I'm knackered this morning as couldn't sleep last night, so brain is very foggy! Fortunately I'm working from home today so at least I could stay in bed a bit longer!
Today I have/will:- Check banks
- Meals from stores
- Load of washing on 30 degree eco wash
- Hang washing on airer (maybe the clothes currently dry on the airer will make it to the wardrobe, maybe not!)
- Pray OH gets paid - if so I will be shuffling money around/ paying bits off etc
- Update spreadsheet
- Submit meter readings (always a pain to do!)
- Wash hair and let dry naturally
- Finishing amending a crochet jumper I made previously to suit me better - pattern was updated and I nearly made a whole new one rather than amending the one I'd already made and had yarn left over to make the changes!!!
Hope you all have a good day!

Ended up having to go into work for a couple of hours this afternoon - could have done without it due to having had such an interrupted night's sleep! Anyway, it must have woken me up a bit, as I finished clearing out the fridge when I got back, and made toad in the hole, potatoes, cabbage and carrots with gravy for dinner, using up various flagging veg in the process. Very filling dinner!Dog is still a bit sorry for himself, but wanted to go for both walks today, and has now eaten a bit, so I am hopeful of a decent night's sleep tonight!Didn't manage to reorganise the freezer, or the larder. Tomorrow is another day.1

Afternoon allSunny here today, so I have been outside and done the jobs I didn't get to yesterday because of work! Emptied one of the compost bins and spread the compost onto the raspberry bed and the front bit of the raised bed, put the composter back in position and put the unrotted stuff back in the bottom. Swept up, and gave the garlic a feed with chicken manure pellets as it looks a bit weedy. The strawberry baskets and troughs could do with sorting out, but that will have to happen another day. Also walked the dog - he still isn't very happy after what we think was a tummy upset. I would take him for a check up if he didn't hate the vet so much
He is eating pretty normally and wants to go for his walks, but just seems a bit depressed between times, not playing like he normally does. Will have to keep an eye on him for the next few days.
Washed up in the sink using water heated last night on the stove, kept in flasks overnight (instead of piling it in the dishwasher)Cut OH's hairHeating is off thank goodness, huge price hike to come in April, Shell Energy tells meOught to sort the freezers out....1 -
Afternoon all, we went window shopping in some furniture shops. We ended up in oak furniture land clearance shop. They've got alot of good deals on! Just browsing as once my debt is done and dusted we will be saving to get a house. Not many plans today, I've cleaned the kitchen and we're off out for food at 6pm! If the weather is okay tomorrow I plan on clearing the garden.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards.
