What Small Things will you do this week 21/02

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free.
Examples could be hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important 😀

Morning Ziggy & everyone else,
Today will be a very routine Monday with the usual money saving bits:
*Laundry - maximising use of 30° cycle.
*Make dough for pizza & rolls.
*Leftover slow cooked ham for lunch & to top pizza.
*Usual Monday morning budget updates.
*Admin, inc a few financial bits.
*Surveys.
*Cast on next use-it-up yarn stash socks for another free pair.
*Leftovers from freezer for tomorrow's packed lunch.
*Try to locate missing cat toys instead of buying new.

Hi everyone!
Me again trying to save money!
Hope you’re all doing ok today.
I’ve been trying to tidy round as I feel like my life is a whole lot more organised when my house is:
- DW on when it was full
- Washing hanging on the airier rather than TD
- Dusting with reusable cloths rather than wipes
- Online training - free for a month so making the most before I cancel my membership
- YNAB & shifting money about budget pots
- Planning a summer holiday early, seeing how much we need to save etc rather than whacking it on a CC when the time comes
- Cooking tonight - generally meal planning these days and trying to cut down on take always and eating out!
