I'm inclined to agree. I think the offer is justified considering how long it has been on the market.HotPantsCruiser said:

It also has a few things that don’t bother me as a single childless person (garden isn’t a joined to house and downstairs bathroom) but will put others off. I don’t mind them saying no it was the estate agent calling me cheeky. I’ve called and left the offer on the table.Deleted_User said:

Well, you can certainly make an offer and cross your fingers, but don't have high expectations. You don't have any guns to stick to basically.
Why are you even looking at properties above your budget? But, who knows, maybe you get extra lucky in this case. Let us know how it turns out.0 -
You probably shouldn`t worry too much about what the EA says or thinks, it is all just marketing tactic, best to ignore and offer what you think is a suitable amount.boxer234 said:
