Hi All
I email back my N180 to the county court as advise and received a acknowledgement of receipt of email back from them on the 9/5/22.
But I haven’t heard anything since, I am getting a bit concerned is this normal?0 -
Hi Everyone
Just a quick update I am on track to have a hearing at my local County Court. But I keep on receiving phone calls from DBC legal, I haven’t been able to speak to them yet is it worth a conversation or not?

If you have a hearing set, have you done your WS and evidence as per the Notice of Allocation deadline?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I don’t have a hearing date set yet I have just had confirmation that it has been referred to my local County Court.
Is there any recent advice on writing a WS? Anything new that I can add?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated?
As someone with learning difficulties ( dyslexia ) I am approaching this with slight trepidation. This is way out of my comfort zone.0 -

Hi All
I just received the above email the other day how should I respond?0 -
Ignore it.
Or say thanks Sarah, what a shame for you working for a notorious roboclaim firm, instead of a law firm that actually uses their knowledge positively, to support society, fairness and consumer rights.
I'm not wasting my time phoning you. How much are your clients prepared to pay me?
If they are not making me an offer, then they had better discontinue sharpish, or I will claim my wasted costs if they drag their heels and discontinue unreasonably late.
I look forward to receiving the notice of discontinuance tomorrow, late on Friday, as per your usual predictable MO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
