Grandmother causing problems by lying

My Dad has rang the social services in my grandmother's council area asking for advice. There's a 14 week waiting list for the initial assessment/whatever they do.
He will speak to her GP as we found tablets not being taken in her NOMADs. Unsure if its a combination of her eyesight, whatever is going on with her or both.0 -

Unsure if its a combination of her eyesight, whatever is going on with her or both.You/she still need the GP for any health issues including diagnosis/referral to a memory clinic if appropriate. The GP may not be able to share any information without your grandmother’s consent but they can take note of your concerns. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -
I hope she has good care in the meantime. She needs love and support right now.0
