Grandmother causing problems by lying

My Dad has rang the social services in my grandmother's council area asking for advice. There's a 14 week waiting list for the initial assessment/whatever they do.

He will speak to her GP as we found tablets not being taken in her NOMADs. Unsure if its a combination of her eyesight, whatever is going on with her or both.

That will be a care act assessment to see what help she needs on a day to day basis.

You/she still need the GP for any health issues including diagnosis/referral to a memory clinic if appropriate. 

The GP may not be able to share any information without your grandmother’s consent but they can take note of your concerns.
