Woodworm in 2 month old Oak Furnitureland drawers

Hi,
I purchased a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables from Oak Furnitureland In October of last year.
Bedside tables arrived in November, chest of drawers early December. All fine on arrival.
At the end of January I noticed a small hole with dust at the front of one of the drawer panels, thought at first it was a small chip.
This hole soon turned into 5 with dust piles on the floor, and having sought advice from friends in the building trade there is no shadow of a doubt its woodworm. Considering the chest of drawers arrived 2 months ago the furniture most definitely arrived with the woodworm already in the panels. I understand that all wood should be treated for such things prior to sale.
I have tried calling OFL numerous times with no pick up and have filled in the complaints form as well as sending emails including pictures as evidence (also attached here).
Can anyone advise on my consumer rights around being refunded/having the drawers replaced?
Thank you,
Olivia

If the woodworm were there at purchase (which they must have been, given the lifecycle period of them), they have to provide a resolution.0

You are entitled to a refund or a replacement, according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
There's one explanation here (and there are quite a few others if you do a google search) -

Not being funny but I wouldn't want a replacement . . .
I'd definitely keep trying them on the phone and I'd also visit Twitter - if you send them a message, it appears that they DO respond - and maybe Facebook. Unfortunately, there appear to be many other customers who are just as unimpressed as you. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. You might want to consider getting the furniture out of your house. Although not super-spreaders, then can migrate to other pieces of wooden furniture or even the wooden joists etc.1

Others have already covered your consumer rights but have to say that we bought a bedroom suite of furniture from them and they turned up covered in bore holes and the boxes full of saw dust. Thankfully out experience was a little better than yours but they still insisted we evidence that each item was infested rather than accept that a few items were and accepting the other items back as faulty on the same basis.0

If you can't get the furniture out of the house, wrap it in plastic to prevent the woodworm getting into other parts of the house. Wrapping will also retain any dust within the packaging and confirm it is coming from the cabinets.

There is an excellent past thread on this forum about woodworm in furniture from Oak Furniture Land
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5599524/woodworm-in-2-year-old-oak-furnature/p1
Well worth a read. The outcome was extremely satisfactory for that OP in 2017 and I'm sure it will be the same today.0 -
I've struggled to contact them recenty for an order - I found that they respond on facebook to messages. They also have an email address altough it's not easy to find. customerservice@ofl.co.uk
Once I realised they are not easy to contact I decided to cancel.0
