Woodworm in 2 month old Oak Furnitureland drawers

I have tried calling OFL numerous times with no pick up and have filled in the complaints form as well as sending emails including pictures as evidence (also attached here).
Can anyone advise on my consumer rights around being refunded/having the drawers replaced?

I discovered woodworm on my two wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table and nightstands delivered in 2019. Phoned Oak Furniture land today and after sending photos they are replacing the lot next week. £2000 +
 Excellent service.
