in google type in 'your town and microsoldering' these people mainly do repair on phones, but some do laptops and iphones. Would think it would cost most likely somewhere between £60 -£130. Many do a no fix no fee setup.
if that liquid has damaged the cpu, or the circuit that controls the voltage of the cpu - if it is blown then it is not worth fixing, other than that they are mostly fixable (unless you bought a surface pro)
spray the motherboard with plastic varnish to stop it happening again (but not the cpu, heatsink or memory pins etc)
