...I dont know when i updated the dvla/v5
Look at the vehicle's Registration Document (V5c).

Look for the Doc Ref number. There is a date following it.

On my V5c it's at the bottom of the second page in a box headed "Official use only. Do not write in this space".

The first line format is an eleven digit Document Reference Number followed by a dd mm yy date.

That is the date that your V5c was last updated.

    The new thread is

    Unexpected CCJ

And they can't do that as they had your new address. Does it identify the parking firm as the same claimant?

My advice above stands. Check the facts from the CCBC then send the solicitors a truly snotty email along the lines of the one I wrote yesterday for the case where the thread title says 'CCJ but I'd paid the PCN' (can't recall who by).

Sorry, but I couldn't find this thread, and you are a prolific replier :) Any further clues?

Except everything has changed because the OP later told us this is not the same PCN (as I suspected at first) so that snotty approach is irrelevant.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

    Thanks all for the help

I was really hopeful of the snotty approach :(
