On another thread by @Salmil123 regarding a VCS claim,  near the end of the posts,  they are advised to contact the Range as they are looking into tickets given out at Liverpool Innovation Park.

This is very useful for you.  If you have not already done so,  you should send an email to complain about your ticket.  Use / adapt as you wish the text I previously posted as it has all the facts.

Good evening 
So I'm disabled with so much that it overtook my life completely and i have 3 kids and one just had 2 operations in one go and is recovering now having bones removed and over 20 screws etc. 
i do understand that this is normally what people do but i have no time for that. 
Thank you for your suggestions and real effort in helping me but i just need to fight this injustice.

I'm sorry that you are having such problems.

I understand that you have no time for doing extra things too but if you do want to fight the injustice then you must do all you can to fight it.   An email takes no time at all, especially when you already have something to copy and send.  Your ticket may or may not get cancelled but of course, it is absolutely your choice what you do.

Nobody on this forum would want you to pay this.  The suggested text that I wrote only needs adding to the template defence in the Newbies thread,  it is all done for you and would take you no time at all to sort and send off.

I'm afraid the reply I got was a total distancing of the problem. Suppose these are mounting up for them now and they are trying to wash their hands of it. Disappointing really. Worth a try still though, its only an email

I believe that email i should use for my defence is 
ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk 
I called CCBC and asked and they said in my case this should not be used but i should send it to
ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk
I know i should just do what i was told and not investigate but i did and now I'm not sure …lol 
any advice ?

Where were you told to use ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk ?

 Back on 11th February I directed you towards the Template Defence thread.

Having filed your Defence there is more to do.

Keep following that checklist.

Thank you KeithP i did look at it but i did not find that Information you presenting here hence i went on and searched and found that email on one of the threads here on moneysavingexpert. 
Anyway glad i looked in to it as i managed from what i see find a correct email in the end

Have you taken pictures of the signs, showing the poor location and how bad they are etc etc  ??

Hopefully you will get this cancelled but you will need them to add to your witness statement later if not.
