                    Good morning.
I received claim form on 26 Jan 2022 and i understand i have to acknowledge it in 14 days since 5 days from issue - that would be by 14/2/22 and i will. I understand that since then i have 14 days to fail my defence. I received PCN in retail park carpark that i did not need to pay as it was free for customers. I stranded in Blue Badge spot as i had valid Blue Badge. I'm disabled who is using electric wheelchair. I suffer from page long conditions but once that are connected to this case are as follows; Nerve damaged in my left leg(Making me unstable at risk of falling, hurting myself more and in pain), Damaged discs in Cervical spine (Not able to raise my head as in to much pain), Enlargement of liver and spleen (If i fall i might die with rapture of one of those), Widespread Chronic Pain (Furthering lack of movement and pain everywhere), Retinal detachment (I cant read as good as i could, letters are jumping and smearing, i have flashers and floaters), Anxiety (no need for explanation).
As i got in to the parking, i notice there is only one BB space that had huge puddle going diagonally across it in such way that forced me to park on yellow lines as i could slip as i get out of the car and fall due to my disabilities. My anxiety took over so i parked it safe for me. Worth noting that this was firs parking spot and i blocked no other cars from parking as it had pedestrians walkway next to were yellow lines were(Left of the car), Right of the car was no space for car as well but some less considerate person decided to park there - as this was in between my BB spot and customer trolley place it meant that this person's car was right next to the yellow line on right of my car. If i would park normally i would not be able to get out or in (I use electric wheelchair). Please see photos i attached.
The so called sign was mounted over 3 meters high over the road + over the length of a car space making it impossible to read for me, if i would to get closer i would not be safe in the middle of a street and i would not be able to raise my head and due to my issues with sight i would not be able to read it anyway. This sign is crazy complicated as it has lots of sentences and pictures - just look at picture i attached that my wife took after the PCN with a zoom!
I notice they added £60 charge to the invoice.
Please help me as I'm not sure is this one of those scams they are running?
Do i add pictures i sent here to evidence?
Do i include what i wrote about circumstances in my defence - if yes then at which point?
I know i did not complain or requested what they have on me - my fault i should have, to late now as it wont come in time.

So UKPC MCOL claim dated 26 Jan 2022 , issued by Dcb legal on behalf of UKPC
Do the AOS online , today , by logging into your government gateway account , following the AOS guide and walkthrough in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements , second post , don't wait until next Monday , just do it ASAP
Email a SAR to the DPO at UKPC attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law to obtain all your data , if not done already ! Ideally do it today too
No evidence is submitted with the defence , just a pdf attachment that is emailed to the ccbcaq email address , so just a text document , but not needed yet , you have a couple of weeks
You must adapt the template defence by coupon mad in announcements , amending paragraphs 2 and 3 , with our assistance2

            Hi Thank You!
"Do the AOS online , today"

            Hi again.
I wrote to UKPC and it will be posted today, i used their email from their website to send them same SAR as well.
I contacted DCB Legal to let them know that SAR has been sent etc.
I submitted AOS as per guide.
 What now?
Do i start editing defence in newbies post? If so is there only one?

 Thank you!
I know that is why i wrote my circumstances as i feel i was discriminated against by them - they try to enforce contract upon me that i was not presented with in time - it was way to high, way to far away and way to complicated and they did nothing to accommodate to my needs, starting from how they made the parking spot , through allowing other car be parked there, allowing big puddles in this parking spot risking my health and life and finally not giving a thought to my disability and putting the sign in such way that i could not possibly know what it states.

Use the email address for the DPO on their website privacy page , forward from your sent box to that DPO address , if it's different !!MaludoliM said:Hi again.

A DPO address is usually a specific address for data issues , not general enquiries emails which tend to be different
Use the correct address and forward it , today , regardless , if you didn't use their DPO address , getting it to the correct department
And yes , that is the template defence , by coupon mad , in the very first post , also read the guidance and those 12 numbered steps too2

            Hi
"Use the email address for the DPO"
Just got reply from them and the address i used worked and i was sent few pictures of my car, picture of the sign and 2 letters to keeper as well as copy of that PCN.
 Pictures are small 300 x 400 pixels
Please look at attached print screens. 2 2

OK what you said in your opening post about why you had to park there was compelling and should be used in the 'facts' section of your defence.
You will need more than just a paragraph 3 addition to do justice to your position. Use what you told us and change 'I' and 'me/my' throughout, to the third person 'the Defendant' and obviously admit in #2 to being the 'driver and registered keeper'.
Show us your planned additional paragraphs first as long as you do the AOS to be sure you have bought some time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you so much as this clarified a lot.
 AOS was done today.
I will be writing #2 and #3 and i will make sure to post it here and await reply before i submit anything to court.
Adding to the first post it is worth mentioning that sign is located such way that driver sees back of it - without anything on that side to suggest it is a contract and that was the case until car was parked and i got out of The Range completing my shopping there and noticed the PCN - then i notice sign that was facing towards shop entrance and away from were the motorists that including me come in to the carpark.
I will update this post in 24hrs when i finish my #2 and #3
 Much appreciate help.
 My best regards3

May I be utterly pedantic here? The address is listed as 'off Kingsbury Road'. All the business addresses are listed as 'Kingsbury Road'. No off.
The number plate has NO spaces. It should have.
The placename is not written correctly - it needed a capital E. The postcode is also capped down. It needed to be capital letters.
That can't be from a court. This is pathetic.4
