    I really think you need a bit of help because it doesn't sound right that you have a hearing date and are preparing a Defence.

    Please start a new thread and tell us the Issue Date on your Claim Form.

    I wonder if the case number, the judge's name, and the name of the court are available yet so others can quote the judge's comments that 'VCS have no authority to issued parking charges at JLLA'?
