Well done @chrisski961 sounds like a favourable judge! I’ve got my date at St Helen’s court for July for the same reason. Currently preparing my defence to be submitted next week. Any details of your case number would be appreciated!

@JustLooking90, now that you have a County Court Claim, it might be a good idea to start your own thread where we can help you with progress through all the stages.

I really think you need a bit of help because it doesn't sound right that you have a hearing date and are preparing a Defence.

Please start a new thread and tell us the Issue Date on your Claim Form.

Me too...I am hoping for the same outcome!   

All the OP will receive is confirmation of the judgment. There will be no detail of the hearing itself and what was said by who. That would be contained in a 'transcript' which the OP would need to purchase, and they don't come cheap - possibly £200-£300 (more than the claim itself in many cases!).

Thanks for the explanation @Umkomaas. This being the case, perhaps the OP can add a little more detail to the report already posted? My case is almost identical and it would be particularly helpful to know what authorisation, if any, was presented to the court by VCS for the raising of Parking Charge Notices in their own name?

The "Road Safety Unit" are clearly doing more harm than good.  What "Road Safety" work are they actually doing and what is the remit of their "safety" duties? What Road Safety training have they had and how do they ensure "Road Safety" is achieved by service users to the site and themselves?!? 

Luckily there is something in the new Bill about this.
