You need to reread the guide to court then as this is all explained there. It is a step by step guide from LBC right up to the court hearing.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2

It's all under the red capitals heading in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread: IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've sent the DQ 8 days ago however my MCOL account is not showing it was filled/ received in their system. I did however get an automated reply the email was received. As a back-up I've also posted it via RM yesterday, due to arrive tomorrow. The due date, to file the DQ, is in 3 days, is there anything else I should do to make sure CCBC has received it?0

No. The acknowledgement is enough and CCBC is about 3 weeks behind on updating DQs. Don't ring them, just wait.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When should I send the WS to the Court and Claimant? The Notice Of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (hearing) letter just received mentions a due date however should I send it on that date or a few days before? How should I send the WS, can I send it via email, post or both? I guess I could use the same email addresses of the Claimant I've used to send the DQ.Can I send the WS to the court via CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk or is there another email address I should use?

It never hurts to send something early. That way if there is a problem you will have time to sort it out. The directions normally say something like, "no later than 14 days before the hearing date", but wait until just before in the hope you get the claimant's WS before you need to submit yours.
Send everything by email. The WS goes to your local court where the hearing is going to take place, and to the claimant.
I believe all this is explained in the guide to court written by bargepole in the NEWBIES and in the twelve step guide in the defence template thread.
You need to read and re-read all instructions to the court so you don't miss filing deadlines.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Can I send the WS to the court via CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk?Absolutely not. The CCBC was/is a gateway, an admin centre at the start of the process only.
The case has been allocated out several months ago to your chosen local court so you need to Google (or ring them) to find out the local county court's hearings email address for small claims submissions.
Don't forget to cc in the Claimant's legals.
Recent good example WS bundles from 2022 are in the threads by:

Don't use the RobertCox one from 2021 still currently linked in the NEWBIES thread section on WS stage (but DO read that section!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can you please have a look at my WS, feedback will be much appreciated.

Paragraph #4 might be better as: -I have drove had drivenParagraph 7#tarmac to indicate were where the row of parking bays starts or ends, was parked safe safely and was not blocking
Not sure that paragraph 5# makes sense unless you mean to say that because of being busy making arrangements you parked your car hurriedly and in an ill-considered manner, in which case, I would ditch paragraph 5# altogether.
Presumably the rest of it is C&P from the template. Did you have any more defence points apart from not being parked out of a bay? If so, you need to cover those with evidence to back up and support what you said.
