According to the BPA's press release, their commissioned research estimates 46% of BPA operators would become insolvent within 12 months and 62% by the end of year 2.

I fail to see the downside to this.  ;)
Are they using the same fingers on which they calculated the £19.5billion loss to the economy?  I don't think the BPA is over endowed with people who got ticks in sums at school!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just more propaganda ?   That would relate to their members who can only survive by scamming

It will be up to the bosses of each company to "cut their cloth"
If the bosses are bad in running their company, just like in any sector they could go bust.

This is just a bad workman blaming his tools

Their business model should not operate on the basis of making profit from PCN's. This has encouraged bad practices.

I can seen PPC's the likes of PPL going as WW has never put in any investment into his car parks. They are a disgrace and no loss to the motorist.
