I had to wait until I had actually done some flying before I could post. Again.
Dizzy, as everyone else has said, we are all here for you and on your side. It’s all doable, just break it down and take baby steps, otherwise you will probably get frustrated at apparent lack of progress. Little House on the Prairie goals sound mighty fine to me.
Jazee - well done. Decision made, sorted.
Flying today - as DH still occupies upstairs wfh in the week, I am trying to fly upstairs at the weekend. So I have dusted and vacc’d upstairs and the stairs. Bathrooms cleaned and floors mopped, including the kitchen (I know, not upstairs, but I had the mop in hand). LR windows also cleaned. I can’t do it when the sun is shining in there, so today was the day. I can’t actually tell if I have made any difference, though, due to the lashing rain. Wm x 1 done, full dw running.
This afternoon, I am going to do some food prepping - bread is in progress, I will turn some bruised apples either into crumble or cake, and I have some roasted squash to transform into a lasagne for some time during the week. A rare roast will be cooked this evening - I’m not the biggest fan, but DH is, so needs must, and the oven will be running full.
See you all on the other side xx11 -

Iceland shop filled the freezer for the week.. not the cheapest but by the time i've done the school run I just want to die. Cottage pie for tonight. I bought a huge pack of pink and whites for me.. nom!
I've sorted maybe 1/1000000th of the bed-sty. I filled a binbag with rubbish, put the christmas presents in the cupboard under the stairs so the ebeast stuff can go on the landing. I emptied a plastic drawer unit thing and that is going to DD1 along with a huge jumper I knitted OH but it was too big and some bits for her small boys.. aran cardies and onesies etc.. FLING!!
I found my exercise books from primary school.. I have the first one from when I started after I was kicked out of nursery early because I was 'non-compliant' .. haha..
I need to sort out milk for Twinkle at school today too.. none of the others ever wanted it but she has asked for it.
I've ordered a work desk for OH which should be here Wednesday.. he can make do with a dining chair for this next couple of weeks.
I've found many things to donate to CS too.. more flingage..
Off to clear the bed and change the sheets.. I have a new duvet cover I got in the sales weeks ago to put on.. mine is torn

Hi all
Grumpy and irritable, mostly because the weather is so foul that going outdoors was really out of the question. Have done some baking, trying to make healthyish treats so carrot muffins, oat and pumpkin seed biscuits and fruit scones.
Going to read for a bit then we are having fhajitas for tea. The hoover has not been out, maybe DH can do it tomorrow.
ASB I have some clothes to Ebay, I just have to be in the right frame of mind to do it!

Just grabbing five minutes before I head out to work. I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to it or not. The shift manager sounded so relieved this morning when I said I'd be in tonight. I hope that doesn't mean there's a whole lot of carp been left for the night shift to do.
I also have lots of clothes that I could sell on Marketpkace or eBay, I've just got to photograph and list them, which seems like the worst job ever. I know I'll only get a few pounds for them, which when I know what I paid, makes me cross, but in reality, I'll never fit back into them...those days are gone
Anyway, wish me luck...11 -

Ironing up to date. Cottage pie x 2 made, 1 for now and one for later. Have also used up the left over filo pastry and left over mincemeat (xmas mince pie style) and made tartlets. Very pretty and stunningly fragile.
