New tariff

Hi, I've managed to get a new tariff sorted. Not the one I wanted but I think it's okay. Does this sound OK?
Electric
SC 19.116p
Kwhp 20.325
Gas
SC 13.298
Kwph 4.976
It's not as good as I'm on now, and I'll obviously lose the cheaper feb/March month but do these figures sound okay?

It's BG, tariff is Online fixed energy sep 2023. Haven't received email confirmation yet but have a reference number. I'd like to celebrate, but I won't until I see it in black and white, as I don't believe I'm that lucky 😬QrizB said:Yes, if you've got that tariff fixed for at least 12 months you've done well. Can you tell us which supplier that is with, and the name of the tariff?0 -

Kwph 4.976Based on the annual consumption numbers you gave in your other thread you would have been be paying around £1850/yr on the forthcoming April cap.On the fixed rate tariff you've got, you will instead be paying £1230/yr. A saving of £620/yr, £50/month.You have done very well!N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. I have, just as long as they honour it. I'm like a cat on a hot tin roof, I won't settle until I see that email confirmation 🤣QrizB said:Marsha2007 said:

If you're a BG customer, get onto chat with Customer Services and ask. They might say yes.Coffeekup said:I checked for me no where near the prices you were quoted...

So the palaver continues...I asked for an email of the chat yesterday confirming prices which never came through. I screenshot the last page but it didn't have the prices on 🤦♀️ I only had what I scribbled down. Went onto chat to double check the prices and was told a different amount for the sane tariff. When I said no that wasn't right, he said that was just the online prices, it may be different to what was offered me. If I'd been offered my figures then I would get them as I was a longstanding customer you can get different offers.
I was put through to 4 different advisers 3 who said because the tariff was going through they can't see what the rates are until they've updated. So I have to wait and see if they're right.
Ive gone from having a good deal to possibly having a worse one (but still better than the cap, but only just!) 🤦♀️0
