New tariff

Having checked the tariffs I can see today they gave me the unit prices for exclusive fix Sept 23 tariff, but my screen shot from last night when he changed the tariff was definitely online fixed Sept 23, which is a lower different rate.

I should probably assume that it went through on the right one last night and today's advisers just didn't have a clue. They did sat they couldn't see the rates and had to look online for them.

fingers crossed its all right, the screen shot shows him saying online fixed Sept 23 several times (just not the prices as I didn't screen shot that bit, assumed an email transcript would come through!) I think I'm giving up with it today. Stressed isn't the word 😁

After a day of being passed from pillar to post on chat, I finally got through to someone who updated the tariff as per original post. It's not as good as the one which is due to finish in March but at least its less than the April cap. It's average of just over £1300 a year, which I think I'm happy with.

BG's chat service is useless though, email transcripts are hit and miss, you spend ages in between each text and when the going gets too rough, they pass you onto someone else.
