Moneyfacts have update Vanquis 1/2 year fixes to 4.35%/4.30% AER whereas Vanquis still have them on their website at 4.42%/4.38% AER, could be a sign of last chance to snap 'em up... with a 30-day deposit window, not a bad "option" to create...0

Good to know that DF Capital do that - shows it's often worth logging in to online banking with certain banks if a rate you were after disappears.slinger2 said:
Some are still available for existing customers but at lower rates: 4.30% for the 1 year and 4.25% for the 2 year. I think it's my last day to top up my 4.41% 2 year fix. Wasn't going to but maybe I will now.trickydicky14 said:Just noticed DF Capital have pulled all savings accounts for the time being. Looks like they are getting ready for lower rates next week.
Oxbury are another bank who regularly have fixed rate accounts available at good rates to existing customers only, which can't be seen unless you're logged in. It's often the 3, 6 and 12 month fixed rate bonds that fall into this category, although they only have a 6 month fix available at the moment.
Currently on my 6th 3 month bond with Oxbury, however have noted the range of personal savings accounts currently available with them are the smallest i have ever seen ( just 3 for exsisting customers and 1 for new). Hopefully they are just having a pause pending next B of E rate decision.1 -
Update - just logged into online banking with DF Capital and they now don't have any accounts available to open.0

Well that's very odd, when I logged in and clicked on apply I got this message. "Unfortunately we don’t have any products available at this time, please look back in future."slinger2 said:

So far the new KR system has been good with instant transfers and notifications, so lets hope maturity instructions have also been brought more online too.0

Presumably they were pulled at some point after that was posted.trickydicky14 said:

Kent Reliance ......
Just sat next to Mrs Bobble as she applied for the 4.51% Fix online as a new customer. I was very impressed at the slick new system, it took literally a couple of minutes to get everything done including online registration and auto-login at the end of the process. No awkward scrabbling for Photo ID's etc either! A far cry from what I remember when I was a new customer two and a half years ago!
p.s. I did look away when she created her Username and Password

Just applied for this. Very easy registration as you mentioned, though not recognising passwords why trying to login. Tried resetting, but same issue with re-set password.Bobblehat said:Kent Reliance ......
