Assuming that the Charter Savings Bank starts their Bonds again at a good rate, does anyone know if they are easy to set up for someone without photo ID? Some banks are quick and easy, some need documentation posting (sometimes with a signature from someone like a teacher), and some just won't let me join.0

Don’t recall Charter asking for any photo ID when I opened my first account with them a few years ago.necronom said:Assuming that the Charter Savings Bank starts their Bonds again at a good rate, does anyone know if they are easy to set up for someone without photo ID? I've recently opened an account with Charter. It was quick, simple and there was no demand for photo ID. That might not apply if someone didn't show up when they did the usual online checks, of course.necronom said:Assuming that the Charter Savings Bank starts their Bonds again at a good rate, does anyone know if they are easy to set up for someone without photo ID? That sounds good. I'm hoping to do a 2 year one with them if it's still over 6%0

Does anyone think 90 day notice accounts will go above 5% or as they are sort of a 3 month fix, do they basically work like fixes and have expected future base rate increased already built in?0

DF Capital today is at 5.05% for 90 days.2
