Used Close on and off over the last 10+ years with no hassle.

Trustpilot is useless when looking up banks.  People only review their bank when something has gone wrong.

I definitely agree with your comment.
Some of the biggest companies get 1 star ratings, John Lewis for one.

Ive had issues with every bank and building society I had money with.
The worst was TSB when they switched their banking system a few years ago.
After nearly 1k in compensation I love them.

Not only that but they don't increase the rate if the rate on the account improves before the actual renewal date, again unlike a number of other banks.
Charter Bank also do not do cooling off periods on their Fixed Rate Bond accounts.

Yeah. And my favourite are titles like "worst bank ever" from people who never tried more than 1-2 banks.
But still better than moronic Amazon "reviews" with 1 star just because something got damaged during transport. As if that said anything about the functionality or quality of the product. Then you're trying to buy something and get totally inaccurate ratings because of such dimwits.

JN Bank 6% for 4 and 5 year terms.
Pretty crap Google reviews! I reckon a more reliable well known institution might join them with something similar pretty soon
