I’ve said a few times the best rates come around 3 weeks after boe base rate rise.
This month took 3 weeks and a day.
The next big jump is normally a day or two before the boe sit again.

I new Shawbrook 6 month bond 1.98% was a good deal 2 months back. As for the long term fix BoE say they will get on top of the inflation rate, perhaps Atom’s reaction is to this.
