Could someone tell me the correct complaints procedure as I have never had to make one before.
Is it first complain to BG, then escalate it to the BG Executive Complaints team then the Ombudsman?0 -

I can find it out elsewhereA certain amount of hoop jumping is unavoidable as you cannot go to the Ombudsman without completing the complaints process first, once you reach am impasse you can ask them for a deadlock letter to avoid waiting any longer and then go to the Ombudsman. Also keep in mind that the threat of the Ombudsman may loosen the purse strings a little, if you can get to £100 you will have achieved as much as the best so far...2 -
You don't need to go though the entire complaints process to go to the ombudsman, just need to go through part of it - ie the highest level - I see no need to waste time going through the lower levels when I know how they are going to respond0
