The Bright app will not get a tariff update unless your meter receives an update from Octopus, it is a problem to resolve with Octopus, not Bright.

I have emailed Octopus who tell me that they've updated the tariffs but this hasn't affected Bright (it's still showing incorrect figures) I was just wondering whether anyone else has the same problem? 

The BRIGHT App has no formal link with Octopus Energy. Support for the BRIGHT App can be obtained from support@glowmarkt.com. As stated above, BRIGHT App gets its tariff data from the ESME and GSME (ie; your meters).

But when I emailed Glowmarkt - they told me to contact Octopus
