My Octopus energy android app has stopped working, as has my (linked) Bright app - any idea why ?
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

There was an outage a couple of days ago with Hildebrand Glowmarkt/Bright. I think they're still recovering from it.

The Bright App is working for me mostly, but is incredibly slow showing data

My bright app - is working again - but has failed to update to my new tariff, which I have been on for 2 days !

Having been on Octopus since September (ex Avro) Octopus don't recognise my smart meter yet, so my tariff is still the old Avro one, so I ignore the monetary amounts on the bright app and look at the energy consumption.0 -
I emailed Glowmarkt - but still the bright app is out of date.

You should be able to see the tariff (inc VAT) on the IHD (if you have a chameleon IHD6) it's under Meter Info -> Account, and then scroll right. If the tariff's wrong on the IHD, then it's wrong on the Smart Meter, so you need to get Octopus to send the changes to the smart meter (good luck!) Bright/Glowmarkt can't do anything about it.

You may have noticed this already, but the Bright App is currently only updating once per day. They're doing some work on the firewall so have throttled the performance in the meantime.0

Once again my bright app is showing the wrong tariffGas is now 7.48p / kWhElectricity @ 28.45p /kWhBright still have it down at 4.127 and 20.486
This is almost 2 weeks since the price rise
